RETURN AND REFUND POLICY​

Thanks for shopping at Brush and Tipple. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Ticket Refunds

 

You may request a ticket refund for events at full refund less administration costs of 5% up to 7 calendar days following purchase date,  except if the event falls within 14 calendar days of purchase date. If your ticket purchase falls within 14 to 7 calendar days prior to the event you may request a 50% refund on your ticket. The 50% refund applies to any event tickets purchased up to 7 calendar days prior to the date of the event. At this point absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reason. If you have purchased your ticket within the 7 days prior to the date of the event, no refunds will be issued.

You may give your ticket to another person however, with a notification of the exchange to the organiser within 2 calendar days prior to the event taking place. Without this notification, the guest may be refused admittance by the artist host.

Alternatively, from date of purchase to 7 calendar days prior to the event taking place, we are happy to move your ticket to another event of your choice for no extra cost should you not be able to attend the original event. From 7 calendar days prior to the event date, there can be no exchanges.

Cancellation of events

​

In the event of a cancellation of the paint party by the organiser or the venue, a full refund will be issued on the tickets purchased.

Product Returns

 

You have 14 calendar days to return a product item from the date you received it to the return address: 31 Brookdale Avenue FY5 3RH. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We suggest keeping a proof of postage also. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in error.

Product Refunds

 

Once we receive your purchased item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
